We have already given some details within the links of our web-pages, as
to the structure and why it has been set up will elaborate now to give greater
details.
All 3 limited companies are non-profit making, but North Holmwood F.C. Limited
holds the share capital of North Holmwood Youth and North Holmwood Boys, to
ensure the standards the Club, throughout its structure will maintain the ethos
of the standards to be set in accordance with the initiatives of the F.A.
With a Soccer School of Coaching, it is the aim of North Holmwood F.C.
to develop the local youngsters through mini-sided football to youth football
and create the adult sides of tomorrow and take North Holmwood F.C. back
to its rightful place within village football.
The history of previous North Holmwood teams and the success with the talent
of the past players in winning many a cup or league can go back to the 1950's
to date, and in particular, and for a period in the 1980's and 1990's were dominate
for a sustained period of years.
It is our aim to invite anyone wishing to be involved with the Club, and
its belief and the promotion of the good side of the game to be actively
involved with us. Participation with the Club will be the attaining of one
share in the capital of North Holmwood Boys F.C. Ltd., and North Holmwood
Youth F.C. Ltd., as set out by the respective Constitutions set up within
each of these company's
|
The share will be for a limited period of one season at a time, as legally
binding, so that if any team or person(s) behaviour within that time frame
is in anyway be deemed to be detrimental to the good name of North Holmwood
Club's, and their objectives, the main North Holmwood F.C. Club, will be
in a position to take the necessary action to protects its good name and
remove the appropriate offenders by the removal of its share allocation
within the respective section to which team or person(s) it is duly registered
within the Club structure.
For details of any shares issued will be made available at the appropriate
time.
To be involved on a share basis with North Holmwood F.C. and its infrastructure,
there would be a deposit received for the team attaining a share at a figure
determined by North Holmwood F.C. LTD, this would be reviewed annually at the
main committees decision, and the deposit paid would be repayable after the
deductions of any costs incurred if and when a team was to move away and wish
to act independently.
Any team that wishes to join us at any age range involving the mini-sided and
youth levels, will be in a position to have their own infrastructure of committees
and secretary etc. etc. and full details will be disclosed on an official approach
to us.
|
In addition to this, a team having its own infrastructure will be able to arrange
its own fund raising activities so long as it is not detrimental to any formal
agreement in place.
The Club is non-profit making and it intends to be subsidised by 3rd parties,
and the reasoning behind this that a number of parents are unable to allow their
children to be involved in the playing of football due to the costs of paying
match subscriptions and signing on fees, and we believe it is not right to deprive
players from being involved at grass-roots level due to the lack of monies.
It is here that we intend with the commercial side of our project to raise
funds by numerous opportunities available to us, and please view our Games web-pages
etc., as we enlighten you on our invitations to trade fairs involving Chelsea,
Wembley Stadium, x 2 and F.A. Grassroots Live Exhibition in 2009.
