The North Holmwood F.C. has been formed as a limited company and a non-profit making organisation. In addition to this, 2 other companies have been set up to implement a Club structure designed to protect the Club and further details are disclosed under the link above "The Club".
Having spoken with Surrey F.A. initially
and being referred to F.A. the arrangements we have implemented has been ratified
that our limited company status is something every Club should be implementing
to ensure the Club and its officers are protected from what are potentially
very difficult situations and circumstances which could expose anyone to legal
consequences not covered under the standard insurance policies taken out.
It is our intention as a Club to promote
the skills of the game as laid out by the Football Association and endorsed
by the Surrey F.A. to which we are affiliated and the Club is adopting the F.A.
Charter Standard Club Development Programme and the other initiatives being
implemented by the football's governing bodies.
We hope to be actively involved in
the due process of 'Your Game, Your Say, Our Goal'. Strategy 2008-2012, having
met with the Surrey F.A. development officers recently.

As it is, the Horsham & District
League have indicated an interest at committee level to may be attached to our
Osgood Schlatters - Sport Injury Awareness/Sports Tolerance programme project
and this is associated with their activities to be actively involved with the
promotion of the 'The Respect' programme being promoted by the Football Association.
As a Club, we have an ambitious programme
in that we have created our own School of Coaching deliberately designed to
teach the technical skills of the games to young players, and we are involved
at Schools level, both mini-sided and senior within the local community.
Our reference to 'The Ricketts' will
enlighten you to Jack Traynor and he will be instrumental in the football coaching
side of matters associated with our Club and work on the technical skills basis.
To promote the skills of the game as
laid down by the Football Association and endorsed by the Surrey Football Association
and the Club is adopting the F.A. Charter Standard Club Development Programme.
Please enjoy browsing the linked pages
to find the many surprises along the way on an ambitious programme of activities
designed to stimulate those 'Football Fanatics' amongst you.
In the very near future you will be
introduced to the next member of the Rickett
family. With further introductions to the other members on a regular basis.

This is where we will indulge you in
an array of novelty ideas as well as a professional approach to the subject
matters of football and the most intriguing in-sight to the possibility of being
involved in The Reconstruction of European
Football.
Click on the various links to the pages
within this site to find out more about our Club
and the activities being put together, in particular the Sports Injury Awareness
and Sports Tolerance programme to which we wish to raise funds for 'The
Osgood Schlatters Appeal' which our Club is putting together to create a
charitable status so that we can continue with the work that is set out throughout
this web-site.
At this moment in time a major fund
raising event is being put together which will be at local, regional and a national
event to conclude later in the year and we shall require your help and assistance
in creating the information for us to show you what one Merchant Banker found
exciting enough to take it to New York and full details of this and the complete
system will be shown to you to invoke and provoke discussion as to the plausibility
of this system at a grassroots level and in addition to this, we will be able
to show you evidence of the subject matter of previous proposals of a European
Super League which has been discussed in the past, but no-one has ever been
able to sustain to a full conclusion.
It is hoped that you find this site
enjoyable and will support our endeavors, especially regarding the Osgood Schlatters
Appeal.
